Chicken Cheese Roll (INGREDIENTS)
Chicken breast.... 200 grams
Salt.... 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic.... 1 tablespoon
Cheddar cheese.... 100 grams
Onion.... 1 pinch
Chopped black pepper.... 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard paste.... 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar.... 2 teaspoons
Chili sauce.... 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce.... 2 teaspoons
Celery.... 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilies.... 3 to 4
Green coriander.... 1/2 bunch
Double bread slices.... 3 eggs.... 2 bread crumbs.... 1/2 cup
Flour.... 2 tablespoons
Corn flour.... 2 tablespoons
Oil.... 1/2 cup

METHOD:
Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and fry on medium heat for one to two minutes. Then add the washed chicken pieces and cover and cook on low heat. When the chicken's own water dries up, add salt, vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce and cook for one to two minutes and remove from the stove. Add the bread slices, coriander leaves and green chillies in a chopper and chop them. Then add the chicken and chop them. Remove this mixture from the chopper and add black pepper, celery, mustard paste and a beaten egg and mix well. Cut the cheese into sticks and keep a small portion of the chicken mixture in your hand and place a cheese stick in the middle of it and make a roll. Beat the egg and mix flour and cornflour in it. Dip the roll first in the egg mixture, then add the bread crumbs and fry in hot oil in a pan until golden brown.
