Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra passes away in Mumbai

It should be noted that Dharmendra was also shifted to the hospital two weeks ago due to difficulty in breathing, after which the Indian media broadcasted false news of his death.

Dharmendra's family expressed their anger over the false news of the Indian media and denied it.

According to reports, Dharmendra acted in his last film 'Akis', which is scheduled to be released on December 25.

Dharmendra started his career in 1960 with the film 'Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere' and in his journey spanning six decades, he gave Bollywood memorable films like 'Sholay', 'Yaadun Ki Baaraat', 'Mera Gaon Mera Desh', 'Phul Aur Pathar'. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan by the Government of India in 2012.

Born Dharmendra Kewal Krishna Deol in Ludhiana, Punjab, the actor married Prakash Kaur at the age of 19, and later got married to actress Hema Malini.

Despite his advancing age, Dharmendra remained active on social media, often sharing advice on farming, healthy living, and positive thinking in his videos.
