PTI Leader Omar Ayub Declared Absconder in October 4 Protest Case; Court Orders Passport and ID Card Blocked
Islamabad has declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Omar Ayub an absconder in the case related to the October 4 protest.
ATC Islamabad Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra presided over the hearing of the October 4 protest case against Omar Ayub.
Due to his continuous failure to appear in court despite summons, the court declared Omar Ayub an absconder (proclaimed offender).
In addition to ordering the blocking of his passport and National Identity Card (NIC), the ATC Islamabad has also sought details of Omar Ayub's properties.
A case has been registered against Omar Ayub under terrorism charges at the Noon Police Station.
