Talking to senior officials of American oil companies at the White House, US President Trump said that they are considering investing $100 billion in Venezuela, while the US and Venezuela have 55% of the world's oil. The US bought 30 million barrels of oil from Venezuela yesterday. He said that China and Russia can buy Venezuelan oil from us.

Oil business in Venezuela will be started immediately. Venezuela has large oil reserves and it will be seen how oil companies improve the infrastructure there. He said that oil traders will be provided complete protection in Venezuela.

President Trump emphasized that if the US had not intervened in Venezuela, Russia or China would have reached there. Talking about Venezuela, he said that relations between the United States and Venezuela are going in a very good direction and the American people will directly benefit from the oil business in Venezuela. He said that it will be decided which American oil companies will work in Venezuela, while the oil companies will not make agreements with Venezuela but with us directly.

Talking about the situation in Iran, President Trump said that the Iranian people are protesting against government policies and the Iranian government is receiving a strong response from the people.
